Prenatal Yoga Series

Join us for this 5 week prenatal yoga class series that celebrates community connection while honoring this deeply transformative time of life. Join at any stage of your pregnancy journey to connect with your body, your baby, and other parents-to-be. Mindfully curated classes respect the physiological processes of pregnancy and childbirth and will include movement, breath, and meditation. All levels are welcome.

Julie James

Julie believes that each person holds within them an innate wisdom, unique to them and of inestimable value. 

It’s so easy to forget to tap into that light as we navigate the challenges and obstacles of life.

For 20 years, Julie’s relationship with yoga was tentative, but without fail, it kept calling her back. Over time, she learned it’s because yoga does a very good job at considering the whole person and the delicate balance of body, mind, and heart. It provides for its students countless opportunities to come back to themselves and reconnect with their distinctive inner ‘knowing’.

Over the last few years, Julie’s relationship with yoga has deepened. After completing her 200+ hour training, she was excited to continue on with the advanced 300+ hour training. She is fascinated by how the different forms, styles and specialties of yoga have emerged over time to honor the ever-changing experiences of our lives. 

Off the mat, Julie loves spending time with family and friends. She is an Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner, potter and painter. Julie lives with her husband and son in Lynden WA.
