Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation

Kyle Kloostra (B.A., M.Div., Th.M., RYT-200, MMTC) is the co-founder of Lynden Yoga Collective, where he invites others to explore the transformative power of yoga as an embodied mindfulness meditation practice. His journey with yoga has been a grounding force, helping him adjust patterns of avoidance and identification, allowing for greater openness, compassion, and presence both on and off the mat.

Trained in the Theravada Vipassana and Samatha meditation traditions, Kyle incorporates practices that train attention, reduce ego-saliency, and foster a deep sense of connection, all aimed at cultivating a life of wisdom.

Kyle also views yoga as essential for healing one’s relationship with the body—a journey he deeply resonates with and wishes to share with others. Outside the studio, he is an avid hockey fan from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and, like many in the Pacific Northwest, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and cozying up with a good book and coffee in hand. Through Lynden Yoga Collective, Kyle hopes to create a welcoming sanctuary for all, where a sense of belonging, personal growth, and the journey into wisdom are fully embraced.
