Join Marie Bailey and Traysiah Spring for a special Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath. Immerse yourself in the profound relaxation of our Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath class, a unique blend of deep meditative practice and therapeutic sound healing. Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," guides you through a systematic relaxation process, helping you achieve a state of conscious rest. Paired with the soothing tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, the sound bath creates vibrational harmony that resonates throughout your body, releasing stress and promoting deep healing. This practice is ideal for all levels, offering a sanctuary for the mind and body to unwind, rejuvenate, and enhance overall well-being.
