Elizabeth has always been passionate about health and wellness, becoming a massage therapist after a 20 year career as a medical doctor. When practicing medicine, her own poor body mechanics led her to develop chronic muscle pain, TMJD, and migraines. Massage treatments helped her get through the pain and to relax her from stress. Elizabeth's goal as a massage therapist is to help you find the source of your pain and then work to relieve it through combining deep tissue techniques with her calming, nurturing approach. She also incorporates Swedish and Lomi Lomi techniques, aromatherapy, CBD, and arnica creams into her practice to aid in alleviating stress, tension and anxiety.
Elizabeth is continuously learning new skills to bring to her massage treatments. She also practices meditation and reiki, highly leaning into her intuition. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, painting, walking her dogs along the lakes or ocean, and traveling.
